The adult film star was injured last month when an argument with the mixed martial arts fighter turned violent. Jenna’s father called 911 and police responded, arresting Tito and charging him with felony domestic violence.
Tito gave a press conference hours after he was released from jail, in which he accused Jenna of being addicted to powerful narcotic painkiller OxyContin.
He claimed she had suffered an “emotional breakdown” when he confronted her about her alleged addiction, and that was when her father had called the police.
Jenna was outraged by Tito’s accusations, and immediately had a urine test to prove she was clean. “I took a drug test after Tito’s press conference and I’m 100 per cent clean,” she fumed. “For him to do that was just vile. It could have gotten my kids taken from me! I waited ten years to have them! How could he do that?”
Tito also claimed he didn’t lay a hand on Jenna during their argument, but she insists he threw her across their bathroom, bruising her body and tearing ligaments in her shoulder. She says the argument started when she teased him about their sex life, and got violent when Tito found some old pills in their home.
“I was standing in the bathroom, naked by the way, and he said, ‘It’s over!’ and grabbed my arm and pushed me aside,” Jenna said. “He’s a 220lb man so I flew and fell against the tub. There were some pretty blood-curdling screams. The kids were on a walk with the nanny but my dad heard me and called 911. I’m bruised pretty bad, on my arm, elbow and knees.”
Despite his violent outburst, Jenna insists Tito is not a “wife beater”. She says he has anger issues but is an excellent father to their 14-month-old twins Journey and Jesse. She is now planning to take him back, if he agrees to attend anger management classes and relationship counselling. “Tito’s not a wife beater, but there may be an anger problem,” Jenna told Us Weekly magazine. “If it were just me, I would have left, but I have children who need their father and he’s a fantastic father.
“The bottom line is we love each other. I’ve forgiven him, but he still needs to walk into this house on his hands and knees, asking for forgiveness. “Then he needs anger management and we need counselling. I want things to be OK. This has to never happen again.”
