Jenna Jameson, best known for her compelling dramatic roles in such cinematic gems as "Cherry Pie," "Up and Cummers 10" or her latest masterpiece "Zombie Strippers," was recently slapped with a lawsuit by the Hollywood Palms Cinema in Naperville and Woodridge for not coming. Jameson was to attend and promote screenings of her critically acclaimed film "Zombie Strippers" but allegedly played hookey to attend pseudo-celeb and blogger Perez Hilton's Blue Ball birthday bonanza.

The Tribune in Naperville reports the suit filed in May alleges the award-winning actress canceled and refused to reschedule after the chain spent “thousands” of dollars to promote an appearance by Jameson - named in the suit by her real name Jenna Marie Massoli - on March 24 through March 26 at the theaters. Instead Jameson issued the owners of the theater a what owner Ted Bulthaup called a “a let-my-kid-out-of-school type of [doctor's] note.” claiming she was having a "medical emergency." Later pictures of the actress appearing in perfect health at Hilton's party Los Angeles, CA were published all over the interwebs according to documents filed in DuPage County Circuit Court.
